Formula ownership and exclusivity
Formula ownership, exclusivity and use rights depend on the development agreement for the specific project. These points should be confirmed in writing rather than assumed from the fact that a product is private label.

Can you source bottles, jars and tubes?
Yes. We can source packaging or work with your existing supplier. We review compatibility, dimensions, line requirements, lead time and component availability before production.
How long does production take after approval?
A typical approved project is produced in about 6-8 weeks after final formula and packaging approval. Special components, external testing or complex regulatory requirements can extend the schedule.
Where are the products manufactured?
Development, mixing, filling, packaging and quality control take place at our facility in Karlovo, Bulgaria, inside the European Union.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We regularly host prospective and existing partners so they can see the laboratory and production environment, meet the team and review samples in person.
