We are a two-generation, family-run private label skincare and cosmetics manufacturer in Bulgaria, EU. We develop formulas in our own laboratory and manufacture, fill and pack them in our own EU facility under ISO 22716 and ISO 9001-certified quality systems, starting from 3,000 units per SKU.

Many of our partners visit us before their first order. We meet you at the airport, walk you through the lab and the production line, and prepare your samples so you can approve them face to face.

Our standard starting quantity is from 3,000 units per SKU. The exact minimum can depend on the formula, packaging components and production process, so we confirm it after reviewing your brief.
We provide both private label and contract manufacturing services for skincare, body care, hair care and hygiene products. We can develop a new formula, adapt an existing formula, match a reference product or manufacture a formula supplied by your company.
Formulation, mixing, filling, packaging and quality control take place at our facility in Karlovo, Bulgaria, inside the European Union. Our laboratory and production departments work at the same location.
We manufacture creams, lotions, serums, facial and body oils, cleansers, foams, balms, masks, toners, mists, sunscreens, scrubs, shampoos, body washes, wet wipes, sheet masks and sachets in a wide range of packaging formats.
You communicate directly with the family running the business and the people responsible for your project. This keeps decisions clear and avoids unnecessary layers between you, our laboratory and production team.
Most approved projects move from final formula and packaging approval to finished production in about six to eight weeks. Special packaging, complex formulas, external testing or regulatory requirements may extend the timeline.
Yes. We can evaluate an existing INCI list, your current formula or a reference product and develop a close match while meeting current quality, stability, safety and regulatory requirements.
Our quality systems are certified to ISO 22716 for Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9001 for Quality Management. We support stability, compatibility and challenge testing, safety assessments, PIF preparation and specialised external testing where required.
Yes. We support the documentation needed for EU and UK cosmetic products, including safety assessment, Product Information File preparation, CPNP support and coordination of required testing. The exact scope is agreed for each project and destination market.
Yes. We can source packaging for you or work with your existing supplier. Before production, we review compatibility, dimensions, filling requirements, timing and component availability so the packaging works reliably with the formula and process.
